Trent Moore President
Trent Moore has been with American Fidelity Property Company since 1988. He was instrumental in the restructuring of AFPC. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1980. Trent is a current member of AACO, BOMA, and CREC and has previously served as a board member and President for BOMA and CREC. He has also served on many boards for the McFarland Methodist Church in Norman, Oklahoma. Trent currently holds an active Oklahoma Real Estate Broker’s license.
Sherry Kraus Assistant Vice President
Sherry Kraus, Assistant Vice President has been with American Fidelity since 1983. She started out with American Fidelity Assurance then transferred to American Fidelity Property Company in 1993. Sherry began her career in real estate as a Building Secretary and has steadily moved up in the company to her current position as Assistant Vice President. Her portfolio includes three apartment communities in Oklahoma, a commercial office building in Oklahoma City and Arlington, Texas, a warehouse in Ft. Meyer, Florida and a retail center in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Sherry is a member of BOMA and NAA. She has a Bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Central Oklahoma, has a CAM designation from NAA, is currently working on her CCIM designation and holds an Oklahoma Real Estate license.
Lori Weaver Property Manager
Lori Weaver joined American Fidelity Property Company’s Property Management team in 2009. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a number of commercial office properties located in the Oklahoma City metro area and one commercial office building in Las Colinas, Texas. Lori has managed all types of commercial properties, has strong administrative skills, and excellent communication skills. Lori offers expertise in a diverse collection of management activities including tenant relations, vendor management, and lease compliance. She expertly addresses issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication and budget preparation. Lori graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance. She is a member of BOMA Oklahoma City and has previously served on the Board as Education Chair. Lori has her RPA designation.
Ruth Robberson Property Manager
Ruth Robberson serves as a property manager for American Fidelity Property Company. She has had 14 combined years of experience with commercial design, construction management, and property management. Since starting with the property company in 2010, she has assisted and managed several commercial properties, but currently manages the 9000 Cameron Parkway property. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is a registered Interior Designer in the State of Oklahoma and a LEED-AP. She is a member of BOMA and IIDA.
Riley Robbins Property Manager
Riley Robbins serves as a Property Manager in the Oklahoma City Office of American Fidelity Property Company. Mr. Robbins brings to his role 12 years of experience in Property Management, Construction Management and Customer Service. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico. He is currently a candidate in the Certified Property Manager Program with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
Whitney Olson Property Manager
Whitney Olson serves as a Property Manager for American Fidelity Property Company. Whitney has experience in both residential and commercial construction management, and has worked for American Fidelity Property Company since 2013. She has served on the Board of Directors for both the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association and the Southwest Home Builders Association. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Management degree from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Design-Build from Auburn University.
Charity Deaton Property Manager
Charity Deaton, Property Manager for Outside Properties, joined American Fidelity Property Company in 2012. She came to AFPC with extensive experience in residential leasing and management and has expanded her knowledge to commercial management through her position. Her portfolio includes three apartment communities in Oklahoma, a commercial office building in Oklahoma City and Arlington, Texas, a warehouse in Ft. Meyer, Florida, and a retail center in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Charity is a member of BOMA and NAA. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma, a CAM designation from NAA, and holds an Oklahoma Real Estate license. She is also currently working on her RPA designation through BOMI.
Ashley Reed Assistant Property Manager
Ashley Reed joined American Fidelity Property Company in 2011 as the executive assistant to the president. After six years in this capacity, she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager and relocated to the corporate headquarters for American Fidelity Assurance. Ashley brings more than fifteen years of property management experience in the multifamily industry. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma and holds an active Real Estate License.
Jeff Retherford Senior Chief Engineer
Jeff Retherford brings more than 30 years of construction, engineering, asset due diligence and management experience to his role as Sr. Chief Engineer at American Fidelity Property Company. Overseeing more than one million square feet in the Oklahoma City and Dallas area, Jeff is responsible for day to day operations of building staff, Building Environmental control systems and large chiller and boiler plant operation.

Jeff currently holds an Oklahoma Mechanical license, Oklahoma State Boiler License, Universal Refrigerant (CFC) license. Active member of IFMA and ASHRAE.
John Rogers Director of Security
John Rogers is a native of Oklahoma City, OK. He began his career in the security industry in 1990. Most of his career in the security industry has been with American Fidelity Property Company as the Director of Security. John spent eight years working at S.M.G with the building and physical security department at the Chesapeake Energy Arena and Cox Convention Center in downtown OKC. John has attended Rose State College and Wright Business School. John is licensed and certified by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training from the State of Oklahoma and has his Phase One through Phase Four certifications. John is an active member of the Sheriff and Peace Officers Association of Oklahoma and ASIS International Global. John is currently working towards his CPP Certified Protection Professional certification.
Bonnie Hilburn Accountant III
Bonnie Hilburn is the Accounting Manager for American Fidelity Property Company. She has been with the company since March of 2017. She has over 30 years in various accounting rolls in a variety of companies: Vox Printing, ATC Drivetrain, Racal Electronics, Hewlett Packard/Verifone, Zales, Coulter Electronics and Oklahoma Credit Union League. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Oklahoma. She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Public Accountants.
Greg Allen Property Service Corporate Facility Manager
Greg Allen manages American Fidelity Property Services for the AF Property Company. He has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has managerial, brokerage, and construction management experience ranging from Class A high-rise to suburban office, industrial warehouse to retail strip centers, owner operated properties or third party managed. Has managed commercial project openings, project renovations, re-positioning, real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Has a BS degree majoring in Business Management and Accounting and holds an Oklahoma Real Estate Brokerage license.
Robert Young AFPC Information Technology
Robert Young fulfills the role of Information Technology support with a focus on physical security systems for the American Fidelity Property Company. He joined AFPC in November 2016 after working on the American Fidelity Support Center beginning in 2014 and later as a specialist for Desktop Support from 2015-2016.
Robert holds a certification in ITIL and is certified by Lenel and ONSSI for support of their respective security systems.
